I'm Al Davies, founder of 250 High Street LLC. I build shared trackers and reports for ops teams, mostly with SharePoint and Power Automate in Microsoft 365.

I started 250 High Street in March 2026. I'm based in Berkeley Heights, NJ, and I work remotely with teams anywhere.

## My background

- More than 15 years of work in total.
- 5 years at Verizon, first as a Product Manager, then as a Data Analytics Manager, until February 2026. Before that, many years as a program manager and a developer.

## What I build

- Trackers that replace email threads and loose spreadsheets.
- Reminders and late alerts that go out automatically. Approvals that arrive in Teams.
- Reports that show what is stuck, every morning.
- For growing companies of 20 to 300 people on Microsoft 365. On Google Workspace or AWS? I build there too.

See [4 tools I built for one parcel logistics company](/portfolio/), or try the [Delayed Shipments demo](/demo/delayed-shipments/). Both are shown with made-up data.

## How I build

I direct AI agents to do the build work. So you get a working tracker in weeks, not months. I review every piece myself. Nothing is done until I have tested it and can show you proof that it works. I am the one responsible for it.

I keep my client list small, so you work with me, not a junior.

## How we work

1. Free 45-minute call. You show me how your team tracks work today. I will not try to sell you anything.
2. Free preview in 3 to 5 days. I send images of a possible tracker. We decide together if it is on the right track.
3. Say yes, and I build it. Fixed prices start at \$5,000 for one tracker in 2 weeks. See [all prices](/#how).
4. Keep building, if you want. \$6,000 a month for new trackers, reports and changes.
